Chocolate Mini Doughnuts

these are gluten & refined sugar free!

Ingredients:

- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil - 1 tbsp nut butter

- 2 eggs - 3 tbsp maple syrup

-1 tsp vanilla. - 1 cup almond flour

- 1 tbsp flax meal (optional). - 1 tsp cinnamon

- 1 tsp baking powder - 1 scoop collagen powder (optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk wet ingredients together, then mix in the dry ones. Distribute batter evenly in a donut pan. Bake 10-11 minutes. Melt some dark chocolate chips with a tsp of coconut oil in a microwavable bowl, the pour melted chocolate over donuts. Sprinkle cacao nibs or sprinkles over top!
