Grilled Dijon Hummus Ham Sandwich

Ingredients
- 2 slices of whole grain brain
- 6 slices of deli ham
- 1 tbsp of sliced onion
- 3 slices tomato
- handful spinach
- 1 tbsp roasted garlic hummus
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 slice of pepper jack cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
Directions:
In a frying pan over medium heat, cook onions and ham for about 2- 3 minutes, until ham is fully heated and the onions are softened and starting to brown.
Over one slice of bread layer the cheese, then slices of ham, then tomato slices, spinach, and onion. Spread the hummus and mustard on the other slice, and place it over the spinach. Melt 1/2 of the butter on the frying pan over medium heat, and set the sandwich on it. Place remains butter on the top of the bread. After about 1- 2 minutes, carefully flip the sandwich and let it grill for 1 minute, then remove. Let cool down a little on a plate, then enjoy!
