Healthy Tahini Chocolate-Chip Cookies

the healthier, 6 ingredient version of my chocolate-chip cookies!


- 1 cup almond flour

- 1 cup tahini

- 1/2 cup maple syrup

- 1 egg

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips


Mix together the almond flour, tahini, maple syrup, and chocolate chips. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. (Do not skip this step!) Preheat oven to 350 degrees, line two baking sheets with parchment paper. Remove bowl from fridge, and add egg and baking soda. mix until fully incorporated. Using an ice cream scooper, scoop little balls of cookie dough onto the pans. Bake for 10-11 minutes. Remove from oven and let the cookies settle before eating them! Delish, Bish!
